The ambience of the hotel and reception staff was exceptional

i left for an early flight so breakfast was not available till 7 am.... but the staff did ask me if i wanted any food item to be packed .... i declined... but it was nice of them to ask me the staff at the dinner were extremely welcoming , helpful and courteous.

Property and facilities are great. Night staff are bit challenged in dealing with volume. Heavy carpets increase reaction for Askari. Patients . Options needed or heavy duty vacuuming. Food was very good . Valet staff were good and prompt , as were the staff at the breakfast counter .

Ambience in reception, dining, swimming, spa and room were all pleasant to the eyes. On NY Eve, though there was a separate paid function inside the banquet hall, it was great to have live performance in dining hall for the guests.

Extremely roomy, great food at the main restaurant, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. I had a massage at the spa which was very relaxing and the price was good.

Courteous staff, attended to.all.our requirements, especially Mr Suman who served us within no time during our Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner. He is definitely an asset to Le Meridien.

Lovely open design of the whole hotel..no dingy corridors. Good Indian restaurant and also very good buffet breakfast

I lost my credit card in a bookstore in Mumbai airport, and only realized it upon arrival at Le Metidien In Coimbatore. The hotel manager immediately called the airport, snd within an hour my card was found and held securely until my return to Mumbai a few days later! Incredible service. Thank you!
